Yes. You define a weekly or biweekly rule with the days of the week, a start time and a duration, and VisitPro creates each visit as an independent job. Every occurrence can be reassigned, moved or cancelled without affecting the others. There are no monthly cadences or free-form recurrence rules.
They are captured as custom fields your company defines — text, number, photo or yes/no — and Via, the built-in AI assistant, can read a test-kit photo and propose the values. VisitPro is not water chemistry software: there are no target ranges, no dosing log and no alerts when a value goes out of range.
Yes. The mobile app, the manager portal, transactional emails and push notifications ship in Spanish, English and Swedish at product level. On top of that, visit notes, issue notes and photo captions are translated automatically into each recipient language, with the original one tap away.
That is the centre of the product. The technician takes before and after photos in the app, and on submission VisitPro builds a PDF with the photos grouped by stage, the checklist, the measured values, the note and any issues, and emails it to the property contacts. It can also be shared over WhatsApp from the technician phone in one tap.
There are three routes in and the owner picks. A revocable public link to the whole property history, with no login and nothing installed. The automatic email with each visit PDF. And the owner app, with a notification the moment a visit is completed, a visit feed, and a message thread with the company.

No. VisitPro does not issue fiscal invoices and has no AEAT, Verifactu or TicketBAI integration. It produces signed service agreements and quotes, which can display an IVA line, but those are commercial documents and file nothing. Invoicing stays with your existing software or your gestor.
