Today's route
Today's route: stops ordered by proximity, timed visits kept as anchors
Direct answer
Each technician gets a driving order for the day. Visits with a fixed time stay as anchors and open visits are inserted by proximity, with drive time and distance shown per leg and for the whole day. The map and the stop list sit on the same screen, with check-in at each property. On the web, the route timeline shows where each technician was, how long they stayed and how far they drove, verified against the on-site check-ins.

Anchors and the rest
A real day has two kinds of visit: the ones with an appointment, and the ones that just need doing. VisitPro treats them differently. Timed visits stay exactly where they are. Everything else is slotted around them by proximity, so the technician is not driving across the coast twice because two open visits happened to be entered in that order.
Drive time and distance are shown for each leg and for the day, so a dispatcher can see at a glance when a route is too long before anyone leaves the yard.
What the route does
Orders the open visits
Timed visits are fixed; the open ones are inserted between them by proximity.
Shows the cost of the day
Drive time and distance per leg and in total, on the phone and on the web.
Check-in at each stop
A GPS check-in when the technician arrives, recorded on the visit and verified on the timeline.
A timeline afterwards
On the web, each technician day as it happened: time on site, travel between properties, distance, and whether the check-in matched the property.
Pins that match the villa
Geocoding an urbanización lands the pin at the entrance to the complex. VisitPro audits pins against where technicians actually stood and lets the company correct them.
What it does not do
What it does not do
Two limits worth knowing before comparing it with routing software.
- No fleet solver: the route is optimised per technician. VisitPro does not distribute jobs across vehicles for you.
- No background location: the live map works while the app is open, and the timeline is built from check-ins, not from tracking all day.
Frequently asked questions
Does it plan the whole team at once?
No. Each technician gets their own ordered route. Assigning visits to technicians is done in the scheduler; the route then orders what each of them has.
Is the technician tracked all day?
No. The app records a check-in when the technician taps it at the property and shows the live map while it is open. There is no background tracking.
Can a visit with a fixed time move?
Not by the route. A timed visit is an anchor and the open visits are ordered around it. To move it, change the visit in the scheduler.
Why it is built for Spain
VisitPro is built by a founder based in Spain who works this market from both sides: running a pool service company here, and having been the property owner hiring pool companies for their own home. Every decision on this page comes from doing the work and from being the customer, not from market research.
