Via, the assistant
Via: the AI assistant that reads photos and spreadsheets so nobody types twice
Direct answer
Via is the assistant built into VisitPro. On a visit it reads a test-kit photo and proposes the readings for the technician to confirm, writes the photo captions in the reader language, and adds a short summary to the report. During onboarding it reads a CSV or Excel file and maps the columns to clients and properties, urbanización included. For Google, it picks before and after pairs from completed visits for the company listing. Via proposes; the technician confirms readings and the import mapping before anything is saved.
Where Via shows up
An assistant, not an autopilot
Via does the reading and the typing that nobody enjoys: the numbers off a test strip, the caption under a photo, the column mapping of a spreadsheet somebody exported from the last tool. It does not decide anything. What it proposes is shown to a person, who confirms it, corrects it or throws it away.
That boundary is deliberate. A wrong chlorine value on a report the owner trusts is worse than an empty field. So the value is a proposal until the technician says it is not.
What Via does today
Readings from a photo
Point the camera at the test kit. Via proposes the values for the fields your company defines; the technician confirms or corrects.
Captions and a summary
Photo captions in the reader language and a short summary of the visit, written from the photos and the fields, on the report the owner receives.
Spreadsheet import
Via reads the CSV or Excel file and maps the columns to clients and properties, urbanización and coordinates included. The mapping is shown before anything is created.
Before and after pairs for Google
Via picks matching before and after photos from completed visits and VisitPro publishes them to the company Google Business Profile.
What it does not do
What it does not do
Kept short, because it is easy to over-promise an assistant.
- Via does not decide. Readings, mappings and captions are proposals a person confirms or edits.
- Via does not write the visit note for the technician. The note stays the technician words; Via writes the captions and the summary around it.
- Via Marketing (review requests and photo publishing as a package) is in preparation and labelled launching soon in the product. It is not something you can buy today.
Frequently asked questions
What can Via read?
A test-kit photo on a visit, for the readings; the photos of a visit, for captions and the summary; a CSV or Excel file on import, for the column mapping; and the before and after photos of completed visits, for the Google pairs.
Does Via replace the technician note?
No. The technician writes the note. Via writes the photo captions and a short summary from the photos and the fields, and the owner sees all three.
Is Via Marketing available?
Not yet. Review requests and photo publishing as a package are in preparation and labelled launching soon in the product. Photo pairs to the Google Business Profile are available today.
Why it is built for Spain
VisitPro is built by a founder based in Spain who works this market from both sides: running a pool service company here, and having been the property owner hiring pool companies for their own home. Every decision on this page comes from doing the work and from being the customer, not from market research.
