The client opens it without creating an account, reads the line items with IVA, and signs by drawing on the phone screen; the date, the time and the signed document are stored. An accepted agreement can create the recurring schedule and the monthly invoice drafts, so the amount comes from the signed document instead of being typed twice. Documents are issued in Spanish, English, Dutch or German.

Does the client need an account to sign?
No. The quote or agreement is a public link. The client opens it, reads it and signs by drawing on the screen. The signed document then appears with the property, and in the owner app if they use it.
Does the agreement create the invoices?
It prepares them. When the client signs a maintenance agreement, VisitPro creates a monthly invoice draft from its line items. The draft waits in the list for review and editing; nothing is issued or sent to the AEAT until someone confirms it.
