Invoicing
Invoicing on every plan, registered with the AEAT through the Verifactu addon
Direct answer
VisitPro issues invoices on every plan: a builder with line items and IVA, your own numbering series, recurring monthly drafts prepared from signed agreements, and payment status. The invoice reaches the client portal and the owner app with your payment instructions, or goes by email and WhatsApp. With the Verifactu addon, each invoice is submitted to the AEAT at the moment it is issued, as RD 1007/2023 requires, with the QR code and the mandatory legend on the PDF. Rectificativas R1 to R5 and cancellation are covered.
The invoice, the portal, the QR
Invoicing lives on the same record as the visit
The reason to invoice from VisitPro rather than from a separate tool is that the invoice knows what it is for. The monthly draft comes from the agreement the owner signed; the repair invoice comes from the quote they accepted; and the owner opens it in the same app where they saw the photos of the work. The question "what is this for?" answers itself.
The AEAT part is an addon because not every company needs it on day one, and because it is priced separately. When you switch it on, every invoice is registered at issue and carries the QR and the legend the decree requires.
What invoicing includes on every plan
The builder
Line items with quantities, prices and IVA, and a PDF that previews as you type.
Your numbering series
Your own series and numbering, kept in sequence.
Monthly drafts from agreements
A signed maintenance agreement prepares a monthly invoice draft from its line items. The draft waits for review; nothing is issued until someone confirms it.
Delivery to the owner
The invoice reaches the client portal and the owner app with your payment instructions, or goes by email, or over WhatsApp from the company.
Payment status
Pending, overdue and paid, with the payment date. The owner sees the same status in their app.
What the Verifactu addon adds
Verifactu (RD 1007/2023) is bought separately and is not included in the plans.
Submission at issue
Each invoice is submitted to the AEAT at the moment it is issued.
The QR and the legend
The QR code and the mandatory legend are printed on the invoice PDF.
Rectificativas and cancellation
Rectificativas R1 to R5 and the cancellation of an already submitted invoice are covered.
What it does not do
What it does not do
The two things a gestor asks first.
- No payment collection: the owner does not pay inside VisitPro. The invoice carries your payment instructions and you mark it paid.
- No accounting: no ledger, no VAT return, no bank reconciliation. Your gestor works from the issued invoices.
- Verifactu is a paid addon. Without it, invoices are issued and delivered but not registered with the AEAT.
Frequently asked questions
Is VisitPro Verifactu compliant?
Yes, with the Verifactu addon. VisitPro submits each invoice to the AEAT at the moment it is issued, as RD 1007/2023 requires, and prints the QR code and the mandatory legend on the PDF. Rectificativas R1 to R5 and the cancellation of an already submitted invoice are covered as well. Verifactu is bought separately and is not included in the plans.
Are invoices generated automatically from the service agreement?
Yes. When the client signs a maintenance agreement, VisitPro prepares a monthly invoice draft from the line items of that agreement. The draft waits in the list for review and editing: nothing is issued or sent to the AEAT until someone confirms it.
Can the owner pay the invoice in the app?
No. The owner sees the invoice, the PDF and the payment status in the app and the portal, and pays through the instructions on the invoice. The company marks it paid and the owner sees the date.
Why it is built for Spain
VisitPro is built by a founder based in Spain who works this market from both sides: running a pool service company here, and having been the property owner hiring pool companies for their own home. Every decision on this page comes from doing the work and from being the customer, not from market research.
