Proof of service

Photo reports the owner receives the moment the visit ends

Direct answer

VisitPro turns every visit into evidence. The technician takes before and after photos from the app, ticks the service checklist, records readings and notes, and flags issues with a priority. On submission VisitPro builds the PDF report and delivers it: a push notification in the owner app, an email with the PDF attached, or a public link with no login. The photos stay grouped by stage, so the comparison reads itself. GPS check-in and a Via summary go on the same report.

What the technician records, what the owner opens

Real screens from the Pool Cleaning Company test tenant: the capture on site, the rest of the report, and the same visit opened in the owner app.

The visit as the technician records it. Before and after photos are required and the checklist sits under them; the visit cannot be completed until the proof is in.
The rest of the report: readings as fields your company defines, issues, the visit note and email delivery for clients who prefer it.
The same visit in the owner app: photos by stage, the checklist and the note, translated into the owner language.

Why proof, not just a schedule

Planning a route is not the hard part. The hard part is a customer two thousand kilometres away being confident that on Monday someone was there, did the work and noticed the leak. Without that you get the calls, the "are you sure you went?", and the late payments.

VisitPro answers the question before it is asked. The report leaves the phone when the visit is submitted, carries the photos in the order the work happened, and reaches the owner where they already are: their phone, their inbox, or a link you sent them once. Nobody writes a report in the evening.

What goes on a report

  • Before and after photos, by stage

The camera walks the technician through before, work and after. Photos stay grouped by stage in the PDF and on the public link, so the comparison needs no explanation.

  • The service checklist

Each service your company offers has its own checklist. The technician ticks it on site and the ticked items go on the report.

  • Readings as fields your company defines

Define what you measure (pH, chlorine, salt, a meter reading) as text, number, photo or yes/no fields. Via can read a test-kit photo and propose the values; the technician confirms or corrects.

  • Issues with photos and priority

A leak, damage, something not working or a safety risk, with photos and a priority. The issue goes on the report the owner receives and can become a follow-up job in one tap.

  • A short video clip

The technician can record a clip during the visit and the owner watches it next to the photos.

  • The visit note, translated

The technician writes in their own language. The owner reads the note in theirs, with the original one tap away.

  • Check-in and a Via summary

A GPS check-in at the property and a short summary written by Via from the photos and the fields, both on the same report.

How it reaches the owner

An owner with the VisitPro app gets a push notification the moment the visit is completed and opens the report inside it. An owner who prefers email gets the PDF attached. And every property can carry a public link with the whole visit history, no login required, which you can revoke at any time.

From the technician phone, sharing the report over WhatsApp is one tap, because that is the channel most owners already use with their service company.

What it does not do

What it does not do

Worth saying plainly, so nobody buys a feature that is not there.

  • No background location: the check-in is recorded when the technician taps it, and the live map only works while the app is open.
  • Photos are required by default. A company that wants visits without photos changes that in its settings; VisitPro does not decide per visit.
  • The owner reads the report; they do not edit it. Questions go in the message thread.

Frequently asked questions

Does the owner need to install the app?

No. They receive the report by email with the PDF attached, and you can give them a public property link with the whole visit history, no login required. If they prefer the app, it exists too, with a notification the moment a visit is completed.

Can a technician submit a visit without photos?

By default, no: before and after photos are required and the visit stays open until they are taken. The requirement is a company setting, so a company that wants photo-free visits for some services can turn it off.

What happens with no signal on site?

In a plant room or an urbanización with no coverage, the visit is stored on the phone and submitted automatically when the connection returns. The photos and the report go out then.

Is the report in the owner language?

Yes. The app, the PDF and the notifications ship in Spanish, English and Dutch, and the visit note and photo captions are translated into the owner language, with the original available.

Why it is built for Spain

VisitPro is built by a founder based in Spain who works this market from both sides: running a pool service company here, and having been the property owner hiring pool companies for their own home. Every decision on this page comes from doing the work and from being the customer, not from market research.
