Pool maintenance
Pool service software for companies operating in Spain
Direct answer
VisitPro is a field service app built for Spanish service companies, and pool maintenance is the case it was designed around first. It organises the weekly routes, the technician records the visit from a phone with before and after photos, and the owner receives the report automatically even when they are in the UK or Germany. Whatever you measure — pH, chlorine, salt — is captured as fields your company defines, not as a closed chemistry module. Priced in EUR, available in Spanish, on iOS and Android.
The real problem is not scheduling, it is proving
Planning a pool route is not the hard part. The hard part is a customer two thousand kilometres away being confident that on Monday someone was there, cleared the skimmer and tested the water. Without that you get the calls, the "are you sure you went?", and the late payments.
VisitPro turns each visit into evidence. The technician takes before and after photos, ticks the service checklist, records what they measured and logs any issue. On submission the system builds the PDF and emails it to the property contacts. Nobody writes a report in the evening.
What a pool company actually uses every week
Weekly and biweekly routes
Define the rule once, with the days of the week and a start time, and VisitPro generates each visit as an independent job that can be reassigned or cancelled without touching the rule. There are no monthly or free-form cadences: weekly and biweekly only.
Today's route with order and timings
Stops order themselves: timed visits stay as anchors and open ones are inserted by proximity. Drive time and distance are shown per leg and for the whole day.
Stage-guided before and after photos
The camera walks the technician through before, work and after. Photos stay grouped by stage in the report and on the public link, so the comparison reads itself.
Readings as fields your company defines
Define whatever you measure — pH, free chlorine, salt, temperature — as text, number, photo or yes/no fields. Via, the built-in AI assistant, can read a test-kit photo and propose the values; the technician confirms or corrects.
Issues with photos and priority
Leak, damage, not working or a safety risk, with photos and a priority. An issue becomes a follow-up job in one tap.
No signal, no problem
In a plant room or an urbanización with no coverage, the visit is stored on the phone and submitted automatically when the connection returns.
Built for the coast, not translated for it
Properties carry an urbanización field, because an address here is identified by the residential development rather than a street number, and the spreadsheet importer recognises that column. Map pins are audited against where technicians actually stood, because geocoding an urbanización lands the pin at the entrance to the complex rather than at the villa.
Visit notes are translated into each recipient language when the visit is saved, with the original available. Agreements and quotes can additionally be issued in German. And sharing the report over WhatsApp is one tap from the technician phone, because that is the channel your customers already use.
What it does not do
It is not water chemistry software
Worth saying plainly, because it is the first thing a pool company asks.
- No per-pool target ranges and no alerts when a value goes out of range.
- No chemical dosing log and no dose calculation.
- No historical water chemistry charts.
- No chemical stock control.
- No fiscal invoicing, no Verifactu, no electronic invoicing, no AEAT connection.
- No payment collection from owners inside the app.
- No background location: the live map only works while the app is open.
Frequently asked questions
Does VisitPro handle weekly pool routes?
Yes. You define a weekly or biweekly rule with the days of the week, a start time and a duration, and VisitPro creates each visit as an independent job. Every occurrence can be reassigned, moved or cancelled without affecting the others.
Can I record pH and chlorine on each visit?
Yes, as custom fields your company defines. Via can read a test-kit photo and propose the values for the technician to confirm. What does not exist is a chemistry module with target ranges, dosing or automatic alerts.
Does the owner have to install anything?
No. They receive the report by email with the PDF attached, and you can give them a public property link with the whole visit history, no login required. If they prefer the app, that exists too, with a notification the moment a visit is completed.
Does it work if the owner does not speak Spanish?
Yes. Visit notes and photo captions are translated automatically into the recipient language, with the original one tap away. The app, the portal, emails and notifications ship in Spanish, English and Swedish.
How many technicians does it suit?
Teams of roughly one to twenty technicians. Specific property and user limits depend on the plan.
What does it cost?
Prices are in EUR, per company, published on the site along with each plan limits. There is a free plan for evaluating it.
Why it is built for Spain
VisitPro is built by a founder based in Spain who works this market from both sides: running a pool service company here, and having been the property owner hiring pool companies for their own home. Every decision on this page comes from doing the work and from being the customer, not from market research.
