Shift clock, timesheets and a route timeline per worker

Direct answer

Workers clock in, clock out and record breaks from the app. The weekly timesheet on the web sets recorded shifts against expected hours and exports to CSV. The route timeline shows each worker day as it happened: time at each property, travel between them, distance driven and GPS verification of the check-in. The company overview puts the attention queue, progress for the day and quality metrics on one screen, and the schedule per worker shows free slots and missed visits.

The day, recorded

The weekly timesheet: recorded shifts against expected hours, exportable as CSV.
The route timeline: time at each property, distance driven and on-site verification, per worker.
Today in the app: the shift, open tasks, the day's visits and how the team is doing.

Hours and visits on the same timeline

A timesheet on its own says a worker was on shift for eight hours. A visit list on its own says six visits were completed. Neither answers the question the owner of the company actually has: what did the day look like? The route timeline answers it: the check-in at each property, the time spent there, the drive between them, and whether the check-in was where the property is.

The shift clock feeds the timesheet, the visits feed the timeline, and both are read on the web without asking anyone to fill in a form at the end of the day.

What it does not do

What it does not do

One limit, stated plainly.

  • No payroll: the shift clock and the timesheet record hours; wages and payslips are done elsewhere, from the CSV if useful.
  • No background location: the timeline is built from check-ins at properties, not from tracking the worker all day.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a payroll system?

No. It records shifts, breaks and hours against expected hours, and exports the timesheet as CSV. Wages and payslips are done in your payroll tool from that.

Does the timeline track the worker all day?

No. It is built from the check-ins the worker records at each property and the visits they complete. The live map works while the app is open; there is no background tracking.

Can I see who has free time this week?

Yes. The schedule per worker shows free slots and missed visits, in the app and on the web scheduler.

Why it is built for Spain

VisitPro is built by a founder based in Spain who works this market from both sides: running a pool service company here, and having been the property owner hiring pool companies for their own home. Every decision on this page comes from doing the work and from being the customer, not from market research.
