Field app
The technician app: today, route, visits, issues and expenses on one phone
Direct answer
The VisitPro field app runs the working day from a phone. Today shows the shift, open tasks and the visits ahead. The route orders the stops. Each visit is captured with before and after photos, the service checklist, readings and issues, and submitted on site, or stored offline and sent when the signal returns. The technician clocks in and out, photographs receipts as expenses, and shares the report over WhatsApp in one tap. iOS and Android, in Spanish, English and Dutch.
A day in the app
Real screens from the company app of the Pool Cleaning Company test tenant.
One screen per moment of the day
A technician does not want a system; they want to know where to go next and to be done with the paperwork when the van door closes. The app is built around that: today, the route, the visit in front of them, and the moment they leave.
Everything the company later needs (the proof, the readings, the issue, the hours, the receipt) is captured as a side effect of doing the job, not as a second task at the end of the day.
What the technician does in it
Today
The shift, open tasks and the visits ahead, with the schedule per worker and free slots in plain view.
The route
The stops in driving order with the map, drive time per leg, and check-in at each property.
The visit
Before and after photos by stage, the service checklist, readings as fields your company defines, a note, and a short video clip if wanted. Complete visit stays locked until the proof is in.
Issues
A photo, the kind of problem and how urgent it is. An issue becomes a follow-up job in one tap.
Offline
No coverage in the plant room or the urbanización: the visit is stored on the phone and submitted when the signal returns.
Shift clock
Clock-in, clock-out and breaks for the shift, feeding the weekly timesheet on the web.
Expenses
The technician photographs the receipt, the expense is categorised, and reports export to CSV.
Share over WhatsApp
The report is one tap from the technician phone to the owner, on the channel the owner already uses.
What it does not do
What it does not do
The honest edges of the app.
- No background location: the live map only works while the app is open, and the check-in is recorded when the technician taps it.
- The route is per technician. There is no fleet solver distributing jobs across vehicles.
- No payroll: the shift clock and the timesheet record hours; wages and payslips are done elsewhere.
Frequently asked questions
Does the app work without signal?
Yes. The visit, its photos and the report are stored on the phone and submitted automatically when the connection returns.
Which phones does it run on?
iOS and Android, from the App Store and Google Play. The interface ships in Spanish, English and Dutch.
Does every technician need their own user?
Yes. Each technician signs in as themselves so visits, check-ins, hours and expenses are attributed to the right person. User limits depend on the plan.
Why it is built for Spain
VisitPro is built by a founder based in Spain who works this market from both sides: running a pool service company here, and having been the property owner hiring pool companies for their own home. Every decision on this page comes from doing the work and from being the customer, not from market research.
