Field service
Field service app for Spanish service companies
Direct answer
VisitPro is a field service management app built for Spanish service companies — pool, cleaning, landscaping, property maintenance and keyholding. You plan the day per technician, the team checks in at the property and records the visit with before and after photos from a phone, and the customer receives the report automatically. Spanish, English and Swedish are product languages, with automatic translation of notes into each reader language. iOS, Android and a web portal. Priced in EUR. It does not invoice and does not handle Spanish tax compliance — that stays with your existing software or your gestor.
Built here, not translated for here
Most field service tools were designed for the United States or Canada and arrived in Spain translated. It shows in small things that become large when you work with them daily: the default channel is email or SMS rather than WhatsApp; the address is street and number rather than urbanización; the customer is assumed to be present, and here they almost never are.
VisitPro was built the other way round. The first customers were pool and property maintenance companies on the Mediterranean coast, and the product was designed against how they work: recurring routes, owners who live in another country, and a constant need to prove the visit happened.
The working day, end to end
Scheduling with a lane per technician
A day view with an unassigned column. Fixed routes are defined as weekly or biweekly rules, and each visit is materialised as its own job.
Today's route on the phone
Stops order themselves: timed appointments stay fixed and open ones are inserted by proximity. Drive time and distance per leg, and one-tap check-in with coordinates and an off-site flag.
The visit, as a stage-based form
Before photos, the work, after photos. Service checklist, custom fields your company defines, a free note, and issues with priority, category and photos.
Via drafts the report from the photos
The AI assistant proposes services performed, checklist items, field values and issues from what it sees in the photos. The technician corrects and confirms. If the AI fails or is switched off, the form is filled by hand and nothing is blocked.
The report goes out on its own
On submission the PDF is generated and emailed to the property contacts, each in their own language. The technician can additionally share it over WhatsApp from the phone in one tap.
Messaging with the client
One thread per property between the company and the owner. The client can request an extra visit and be answered with a quote or a scheduled visit.
Live team map
While technicians have the app open, you can see where they are. There is no background tracking on either platform.
Three product languages, and translation for the rest
The app, the manager portal, transactional emails and push notifications ship in Spanish, English and Swedish. This is not a translation layer over an English product: they are product languages.
On top of that sits automatic translation of what people write. Visit notes, issue notes, text fields and photo captions are translated when the visit is saved, so a technician writes in Spanish and each recipient reads it in theirs, with the original one tap away. Agreements and quotes additionally support German.
What it does not do
What VisitPro does not do
An honest list saves a wasted demo. If any of these is essential, we are not the tool.
- No fiscal invoicing. No Verifactu, no electronic invoicing, no TicketBAI, no AEAT connection. Quotes and agreements can display an IVA line, but they are commercial documents.
- No payment collection: the client cannot pay through VisitPro.
- No accounting integrations.
- No inventory, purchasing or warehouse.
- No payroll, timesheets or shift clock-in. Check-in is per job.
- No server-side WhatsApp sending and no SMS channel.
- No background location.
- No fleet route optimisation: stop ordering is computed on the phone and is per technician.
Frequently asked questions
What kind of companies use VisitPro?
Service companies that visit properties on a repeating basis: pool maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, general property maintenance and keyholding. The service catalogue, checklists and fields are defined by each company, so it adapts to other trades with recurring visits.
Does it work without coverage?
The visit is stored on the phone and submitted automatically when the connection returns, photos included. Recently viewed lists are cached too. It is not a full offline-first architecture: visit capture is the part that is protected.
Can I import my clients and properties?
Yes, from CSV or Excel. An AI step proposes the column mapping, including the urbanización column, and flags problem rows before the import runs.
Is VisitPro compliant with Spanish electronic invoicing?
No. VisitPro does not issue fiscal invoices and has no AEAT, Verifactu or TicketBAI integration. Invoicing stays with your existing software or your gestor.
Are workers tracked all day?
No. Location is only sent while the technician has the app open, on both iOS and Android. There is no background tracking. The per-job check-in does record coordinates at the moment of checking in.
Which platforms does it run on?
A native iOS and Android app for technicians, and a web portal for managers. The owner needs nothing installed — the report arrives by email or through a public link.
Why it is built for Spain
VisitPro is built by a founder based in Spain who works this market from both sides: running a pool service company here, and having been the property owner hiring pool companies for their own home. Every decision on this page comes from doing the work and from being the customer, not from market research.
