Get a copy of your data

You can request a portable JSON copy of the personal data we hold about you. The export includes your account profile, your visits, and metadata about content you have created. Open the VisitPro app, go to Settings → Privacy, and tap "Export my data". Alternatively email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your VisitPro account from inside the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete account. We will erase your personal account fields within 30 days. Some content (such as visits performed for a customer company that subscribes to VisitPro) may be retained by that company under their own data-retention policy; in that case contact the company directly. Billing records that we are legally required to keep are retained for the period required by tax law and then erased.

Correct your data

Edit your profile (name, email, phone, language) directly in Settings. For data you cannot edit yourself, email [email protected].

Withdraw consent

You can disable optional features that rely on consent at any time:

• AI photo analysis (Via): toggle off in the New Visit screen.
• Push notifications: in your device system settings.
• Location: in your device system settings.

Object or restrict processing

If you want us to stop processing your data for a specific purpose (for example, analytics) or restrict its use while we resolve a dispute, email [email protected] describing your request. We will respond within 30 days.

Lodge a complaint

You have the right to complain to your national data-protection authority. In Sweden, this is the Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) at [email protected]. In Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
