Terms of Service

The Service

VisitPro is a software-as-a-service product that helps cleaning and home-services companies schedule visits, capture work evidence, manage clients and properties, and bill customers. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis and may evolve over time.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a contract on behalf of yourself or your company to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance at the price displayed at checkout. Where we offer a free trial, the trial duration, post-trial price, and renewal terms are shown before any payment is captured. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the in-app Subscription screen — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you keep access until then.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled in line with applicable EU consumer-protection law and our published refund practice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload content that infringes another person's rights, including privacy, copyright, or trademark.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, notes, checklists, client records). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit that content for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell your content and do not use it to train AI models.

AI features

The Service includes optional AI-assisted features (the Via flow) that send your photos and free-text inputs to third-party AI providers for processing. AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying the output before relying on it. You can opt out of AI features in-app at any time.

Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Service availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality you have already paid for.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for gross negligence, intent, or statutory consumer rights).

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms after notice (or immediately for serious violations). On termination, your access ends and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the consumer law of your country of residence. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Sweden, subject to any mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
