Client app and portal
An app for the property owner: visits, reports, invoices and messages in one place
Direct answer
Owners get their own VisitPro app on iOS and Android, and a web portal. They see every visit with its photos and report, the upcoming schedule, the quotes and agreements they signed, their invoices with payment status, and a message thread with your company. A push notification arrives the moment a visit is completed, a quote is sent or an invoice is issued. The app ships in Spanish, English and Dutch, and visit notes are translated into the owner language. Owners who prefer email get the PDF instead.
What the owner sees
Real screens from the client login of the Pool Cleaning Company test tenant.
Built for the owner who is not there
Most of the owners a Spanish service company works for are somewhere else: another city, another country, another time zone. They cannot walk out and look at the pool. The app is what replaces that walk: the visit that happened this morning, with the photos, in their language, on their phone before they have finished breakfast.
Everything the company sends lives in the same place. The quote they accepted in January, the agreement they signed, every visit since, the invoice for last month and whether it is paid, and the thread where they asked about the gate. One property, one history, top to bottom.
What the app holds
Visit history with proof
Every completed visit with its before and after photos, checklist, readings, issues and note. A push arrives the moment a visit is completed.
The schedule
The upcoming visits for each property, as the company has planned them.
Quotes and agreements
The documents the owner received and signed, with the signature and the date, kept with the property.
Invoices with payment status
Each invoice with the PDF, the amount and whether it is pending or paid. The company payment instructions are on the invoice itself.
A message thread with the company
One thread per property. Replies are translated into each reader language and arrive as a push.
Three interface languages
Spanish, English and Dutch for the app itself; notes, issues and messages translated into over 30 languages.
What it does not do
What it does not do
Two things prospects ask for that are deliberately not in the owner app.
- The owner does not pay inside the app. The invoice carries your payment instructions; you mark it paid and the owner sees the date.
- The owner does not book their own visits. They ask in the message thread and the company schedules it, so the route stays in the company hands.
Frequently asked questions
Does the owner have to create an account?
The company invites the owner by email with a link that opens their portal, and the app sign-in uses the same address. An owner who wants none of that gets the report by email and can use a public property link with no login.
Can the owner sign a quote or an agreement from the app?
Quotes and agreements go out as a public link the owner opens without creating an account. They sign by drawing on the phone screen, and the signed document then appears with the property in the app and the portal.
Which languages does the owner app come in?
Spanish, English and Dutch for the interface, emails and notifications. Visit notes, issues, messages and photo captions are translated into the owner language, in over 30 languages, with the original one tap away.
Why it is built for Spain
VisitPro is built by a founder based in Spain who works this market from both sides: running a pool service company here, and having been the property owner hiring pool companies for their own home. Every decision on this page comes from doing the work and from being the customer, not from market research.
