Customer story
The visit that was never reported, and the proof that it happened
A pool visit was done, but the report never went out. The client said nobody came. The app’s own record settled it the same day.

Every service business knows this message. A client writes: “Nobody came this week.” You know the visit happened. But knowing is not the same as showing.
This week Torre Pool, a pool service company on the Costa Blanca, got exactly that message. VisitPro helped them answer it in minutes, not days.
A visit without a report
On Monday 19 October, the owner of Torre Pool did the weekly maintenance at one of their villas. They opened the job in VisitPro at 16:00, took photos of the pool before starting, cleaned it, and took photos after.
Then the phone went back into a pocket before the report was sent. No report reached the client. To the client, it looked like nobody had come.
Days later the client raised it. It is an easy mistake to make on a busy day. It is also exactly the kind of mistake that costs trust.
What the app had already recorded
The report was never submitted, but the visit had still left a trail in VisitPro. When the company asked us for help, our records for that job showed:
- 16:00:13The phone’s location was stored, about 13 metres from the villa
- 16:00:20The job was opened for that property
- 16:00:333 “before” photos of the pool were taken in the app
- 16:19:145 “after” photos of the pool were taken
- 16:19:16“Weekly maintenance” was ticked as the service done
- 16:19:20The app went to the background before the report was sent
About 19 minutes on site, at the right address, with photos at both ends.
A certificate instead of an argument
We turned that record into a short certificate of on site attendance. It names the property, the date and the time window. It shows the location check and the before and after photos, with the time each was taken.
Torre Pool sent it to their client. The dispute was over the same day. No back and forth, no “my word against yours”.
Why this matters
A service company sells something the client usually does not see happen. The pool is clean, the garden is cut, the house is checked, often while the owner is away. Trust is the product.
Knowing a visit happened is not the same as showing it.
That is why VisitPro records each visit as it happens: when the job starts, where the phone is, which photos are taken and when. Most of the time that record simply becomes the visit report the client receives. On the day something goes wrong, it is still there.
We also made it harder for this to happen again. A scheduled visit that never got its report now shows up in the team’s Missed list the next morning, and can still be reported late, dated the day it is sent.
For service companies
If you run pool care, gardening, cleaning or property checks, ask yourself: if a client said “nobody came” tomorrow, how long would it take you to prove otherwise?
With VisitPro, the answer is a few minutes. See how it works for pool service companies.
