Message center
One thread per property between your company and the owner
Direct answer
Every property has a message thread the company and the owner share, in the app and on the web. Visit reports, quotes, invoices, notes and messages appear in order on the same activity timeline, so the whole history of a property reads top to bottom. The owner replies from their app and gets a push when you answer. Messages are translated into each reader language. An owner who wants an extra visit asks in the thread, and the company schedules it.
The thread from both sides
Why one thread and not a chat app
The problem with WhatsApp as a customer channel is not WhatsApp. It is that the photo of the leak, the quote, the "yes go ahead", the invoice and the complaint about the gate end up in five different places, on the phones of whoever happened to answer. When the customer calls, nobody has the whole story.
VisitPro gives each property one thread and puts everything on it in order: the report, the quote, the reply, the invoice, the note the office added. Anyone in the company opens the property and reads the history top to bottom. The owner sees the same thread in their app.
What the thread holds
Messages, both ways
The company writes from the app or the portal; the owner replies from their app. A push arrives on each side.
The activity timeline
Visits, reports, quotes, agreements and invoices appear on the same timeline as the messages, in the order they happened.
Translation for each reader
A Spanish technician writes in Spanish; a German owner reads German. The original is one tap away.
Notes and tasks for the company
Pinned notes and tasks on the client, visible to the team and not to the owner.
Extra visits from the thread
The owner asks for an extra visit or a repair in the thread; the company answers, quotes if needed and schedules it.
Reports over WhatsApp
From the technician phone, the visit report is one tap away from being shared over WhatsApp with the owner.
What it does not do
What it does not do
Two boundaries kept on purpose.
- It is not a group chat. One company, one owner, one property per thread; a second owner on the same property gets the same thread, not a separate one.
- The owner does not schedule from the thread. They ask; the company plans, so the route stays in the company hands.
Frequently asked questions
Does the owner need the app to message the company?
The thread lives in the owner app and the client portal. An owner who uses neither still receives reports by email and can be given a public property link; a conversation then happens on whatever channel you already use with them.
Is the whole team notified of a reply?
The company sees the reply in the app and the portal on the property thread. Who is notified follows the company notification settings.
Are messages translated?
Yes. Messages, visit notes, issues and custom fields are translated into each reader language, in over 30 languages, with the original one tap away.
Why it is built for Spain
VisitPro is built by a founder based in Spain who works this market from both sides: running a pool service company here, and having been the property owner hiring pool companies for their own home. Every decision on this page comes from doing the work and from being the customer, not from market research.
