Comparison
VisitPro vs FieldPulse for a service company in Spain
Direct answer
VisitPro is a field service app built for Spanish service companies — pool, cleaning, landscaping and property maintenance — and its centre of gravity is photo proof that reaches the owner automatically. FieldPulse is a solid US-first tool for the technical trades, strong on estimates, invoices and payments, with accounting integrations built for North America. The useful question is which side your problem sits on: if it is closing the money loop with QuickBooks, FieldPulse is ahead; if it is proving the work to an owner who lives outside Spain, VisitPro is built for that.
Where the difference actually is
The FieldPulse column summarises their public positioning and home market, not a feature audit. Check their site before you decide.
| Where it matters | VisitPro | FieldPulse |
|---|---|---|
| Market it was designed forVisitPro | Spain and the Mediterranean coast, with pool and property maintenance companies as first customers. | The United States first, focused on the technical trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical. |
| Estimates, invoices and paymentsFieldPulse · Advantage | Signed service agreements and repair quotes. No fiscal invoices and no payment collection from owners. | Their ground: estimating, invoicing and collecting form a complete chain inside the product. |
| Accounting integrationsFieldPulse · Advantage | None. Accounting stays wherever it already is. | Strong, but built around the North American accounting stack — which is precisely why they may not help you here. |
| Proof of service for an absent ownerVisitPro | The core. Before/after photos, an automatic PDF report in the recipient language, and a revocable public link to the whole property history. | Captures photos and notes inside a flow oriented around billable work. |
| LanguagesVisitPro | Spanish, English and Swedish at product level, plus automatic translation of visit notes into each reader language. | Oriented to the English-speaking market. |
| Recurring maintenance routesComparable | Weekly and biweekly rules by day of week, with each visit materialised as an independent job. | Covers recurring work inside its service-agreement model. |
| PriceComparable | In EUR, per company, published. | Priced for its home market. Check their pricing for Europe. |
Stated plainly
Where FieldPulse is genuinely better
FieldPulse closes the full commercial loop: estimate, approval, invoice and payment inside one tool, with mature accounting integrations. VisitPro neither invoices nor collects. If your main pain is money leaking between work done and invoice raised, FieldPulse solves that and we do not.
It also has more depth in the technical trades: price books, parts handling and repair-service workflows. If your business is HVAC or plumbing rather than recurring property maintenance, its shape fits you better.
Integrations built for a different market
The accounting integrations are FieldPulse’s strongest argument and, at the same time, the reason it may not fit here. They are built around the North American accounting stack. In Spain the books run through your gestor or a local package, and a US product’s invoicing chain does not replace that.
VisitPro does not try to compete on that axis. It handles the operation — schedule, visit, prove — and leaves invoicing where it already works. That is a decision rather than a gap being talked around: we would rather do a narrow band well than a wide one adequately.
What changes when the customer does not live at the property
On the Costa Blanca, the Costa del Sol and the Balearics, the owner is usually in another country. That reorders the product’s priorities.
The report arrives without being asked for
On submission, the PDF with photos, checklist, measured values and issues is emailed to the property contacts. Nobody writes a report at the end of the day.
Everyone reads it in their own language
Visit notes and photo captions are translated when the visit is saved. The technician writes in Spanish; the owner reads it in theirs, with the original one tap away.
Public history with no account
A revocable per-property link shows the full visit history. No login, no app, and no GPS coordinates or internal company data exposed.
Issues with photos and priority
Leak, damage, not working, safety. With photos, a priority, and the option to turn the issue into a follow-up job.

Frequently asked questions
Does VisitPro integrate with my invoicing software?
Not today. VisitPro has no accounting integrations. Operations run in VisitPro and invoicing stays in your existing package or with your gestor.
Can I produce quotes in VisitPro?
Yes. You can issue repair quotes and service agreements with priced line items, an optional IVA line, and customer signature from a public link. They are commercial documents, not fiscal invoices.
Does it work for HVAC or plumbing?
It works, because services, checklists and fields are defined by each company. That said, VisitPro is designed around recurring property maintenance. For repair service with price books and parts, tools like FieldPulse fit better.
What happens if a technician loses signal?
The visit is stored on the phone and submitted automatically when the connection returns. No photos are lost.
How many technicians does it suit?
It is built for teams of roughly one to twenty technicians. Specific property and user limits depend on the plan.
Why it is built for Spain
VisitPro is built by a founder based in Spain who works this market from both sides: running a pool service company here, and having been the property owner hiring pool companies for their own home. Every decision on this page comes from doing the work and from being the customer, not from market research.
