Scheduling

Recurring visits generated from the agreement, one independent job at a time

Direct answer

Define a weekly or biweekly rule once, with the days of the week, a start time and a duration, and VisitPro generates every visit as an independent job in the team calendar. An accepted service agreement can create the rule itself. Each occurrence can be moved, reassigned or cancelled without touching the rule. The scheduler on the web shows the week and the month per worker, with free slots and missed visits in plain view; the app shows each worker their own schedule.

The rule, the calendar, the phone

The recurring route created from the agreement: weekly, Fridays at 09:00, in the company portal.
The scheduler: visits per worker across the week.

A rule generates jobs; the jobs stand on their own

The difference between a rule and a job matters on the day a technician is ill. In VisitPro the rule ("Villa Limonero, weekly, Fridays 09:00") generates each visit as an independent job. Reassign this Friday to someone else, move it to Saturday, cancel it because the owner is in residence: the rule is untouched and next Friday appears as planned.

When the owner signs a service agreement, the rule can come straight from it, so what was sold and what gets scheduled are the same thing.

What the scheduler gives you

  • Weekly and biweekly rules

Days of the week, start time and duration, defined once per property.

  • Independent occurrences

Every generated visit can be moved, reassigned or cancelled on its own.

  • Week and month per worker

The web scheduler lays the team out by day and by month, with free slots visible and missed visits flagged.

  • From the agreement

An accepted agreement can create the schedule, and the monthly invoice drafts, from its own line items.

  • A warning before a double

Planning a second visit to the same property on the same day gets a warning before it is saved.

What it does not do

What it does not do

Stated plainly because it is the first thing a landscaping company checks.

  • Weekly and biweekly only. There are no monthly, seasonal or free-form cadences; a monthly job is scheduled as a one-off each time.
  • No fleet solver: the scheduler assigns visits to people; it does not distribute jobs across vehicles for you.
  • Owners do not book their own slots. They ask in the message thread and the company schedules.

Frequently asked questions

Which cadences are supported?

Weekly and biweekly, with the days of the week, a start time and a duration. Each generated visit is an independent job that can be moved or reassigned without affecting the rule.

What happens when a visit is missed?

It shows as missed on the schedule per worker and on the scheduler, so it can be rescheduled or reassigned. The rule keeps generating the following visits as planned.

Can the schedule come from a signed agreement?

Yes. When the owner signs a service agreement, VisitPro can create the weekly or biweekly rule from it, and prepare the monthly invoice drafts from the same line items.

Why it is built for Spain

VisitPro is built by a founder based in Spain who works this market from both sides: running a pool service company here, and having been the property owner hiring pool companies for their own home. Every decision on this page comes from doing the work and from being the customer, not from market research.
